About Us

RagTag Tiger is a totally family-owned and run company based on the south coast. It started with us searching for quality and fashionable clothes to dress our children. We could never find what we really wanted, so after much deliberation, we decided to set up this shop, offering childrens clothes which are little bit different to the everyday selection available in the high street.

We know you need to have confidence when buying from a website - particularly from a small company. In addition to the secure HSBC payment system, we are members of the SafeBuy Assurance Scheme. This scheme has most recently been recommended by the Consumer's Association Which? Magazine (see here). This is an independent scheme and certifies web traders for such key issues as:
- Conforming to the Data Protection Act 1998
- Security for the processing of credit card transactions
- An independent redress scheme (arbitration)
- 'Mystery shopping' to test conformance with the scheme
- Regular customer satisfaction surveys
- Protection of any prepayments in the event that a SafeBuy member ceases to trade
