How do I know that the colours I see on my computer are the true colours of the item?
We use sophisticated colour calibration devices and software during all stages of the photographic process to ensure that the colours are shown as accurately as web publishing processes will reasonably allow. However, slight variations may occur and customers are respectfully advised that domestic computer screens can differ significantly in their ability to render images accurately.

RagTag Tiger Limited does not hold your credit card details. All credit card details are processed solely by HSBC. Their secure ePayments system utilises 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to process card transactions safely from our website. This ensures the highest level of security.

| How To ShopMaking a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our website and select the category Girls' or Boys' Clothes. Click on a sub-section of clothing (e.g. Tops) to enter that part of the shop. Once you have selected your chosen item, click the add to basket button. To delete an item from your shopping basket, check the "Remove" check box at the side of the item you wish to remove, then click the "Update" button at the bottom of your shopping list. Once you have all the items in your shopping basket, click the "Checkout Now" button to confirm your purchase and follow the instructions regarding payment and delivery.
We accept credit card, debit card and cheque payments. The following cards are accepted: Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, UK issued Maestro, non-UK issued Maestro Solo. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
