Making a Purchase
We use sophisticated colour calibration devices and software during all stages of the photographic process to ensure that the colours are shown as accurately as web publishing processes will reasonably allow. However, slight variations may occur and customers are respectfully advised that domestic computer screens can differ significantly in their ability to render images accurately.

Contract Creation
You will receive a confirmation of order email from us once you have submitted your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, on the date the goods are dispatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will dispatch the order to you once we have have received payment from you via HSBC or once your cheque has been cleared.

Pricing
All prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are
- inclusive of VAT where applicable
- exclusive of postage and packing
We will make every effort to ensure that our website is up to date and the pricing information is accurate. However, should a pricing mistake occur on our website then the following will apply:
- If the correct price is lower than the price stated on the website we will charge you the lower price and deliver the item.
- If the correct price is higher than the price stated on the website we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are subject to our delivery charges as set out as follows:
We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, New Zealand & Australia. In the UK, orders are shipped free of charge using Second Class Recorded Delivery. Airmail is used for other locations. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any import duties. For the UK, we can offer Special Delivery next day and Saturday delivery services - please contact us directly for pricing if you would like to use these facilities.
We will send you an email when the order has been dispatched.
RagTag Tiger Ltd. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Please include details of any damage to the packaging when returning damaged goods. Upon delivery you will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Delivery Schedule
Although we aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours, please allow up to 5 working days (Mon - Fri) for your order to reach you. Should you require urgent delivery, please use the "Contact Us" facility or contact details on the "About Us" page requesting details and pricing.

Back Orders
All items are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If the item cannot be back ordered, we will contact you and ask for your instructions.

Returns Policy
RagTag Tiger Ltd. gives customers a "cooling off" period, during which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends 14 days days after the day of receipt of the goods. Cancellation of your order must be made in writing by email to sales [at] ragtagtiger [dot] co [dot] uk quoting the order number and details. We do request that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging, in their original condition with all original labelling attached. RagTag Tiger Ltd. will not accept any returned items that are marked, have been used, or have damaged labels. RagTag Tiger Ltd. reserves the right to charge for the direct costs of recovering the goods, if on request, the consumer does not return them.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded post and ensure you are given proof of postage. You will need to produce this should the item be mislaid in the postal system. All goods are returned to RagTag Tiger Ltd. at your own expense. However, we may, at our discretion and from time to time, offer Free Returns for a limited period.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date returned items are received by RagTag Tiger Ltd.. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded via the original purchaser's card or a refund cheque will be issued (all refunds excluding delivery charges and recovery costs unless stated otherwise).

Guarantee
All our products come with the manufacturer's guarantee against fault or defect. All faults must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. The item must be returned with its original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you within 30 days. If a replacement cannot be made available within this time, a refund of the cost of the item (including the return postage) will be made.
All items must be cleaned and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions in order to satisfy the terms of the manufacturer's guarantee. We are not liable for any damage resulting from any failure to follow the instructions from the manufacturer.

Our Liability
1. We warrant to you that any item purchased from us through our website is of satisfactory quality.
2. Our liability in connection with any item purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that item.
3. This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
a. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
b. Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
c. For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
d. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or an attempt to exclude, our liability.
4. We accept no liability for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Children
We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian
